The National Service Authority (NSA) has urged all National Service Personnel affected by the recent floods to immediately contact the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) for emergency assistance.

In a public advisory, the Authority provided NADMO emergency numbers, including the national toll-free line 112, and encouraged affected personnel to report their situations promptly for support. The NSA has also established a dedicated WhatsApp support line (055-440-0078) to provide additional assistance and coordinate responses for service personnel impacted by the disaster.

The announcement comes as torrential rains continue to cause flooding in several parts of Ghana, leaving homes submerged, disrupting transportation, and affecting thousands of residents. Emergency agencies have intensified public education campaigns, urging citizens to avoid flood-prone areas, stay away from overflowing drains and rivers, and comply with safety directives issued by local authorities.

The NSA reaffirmed its commitment to the welfare of National Service Personnel, assuring affected individuals that it is working closely with NADMO and other relevant agencies to ensure timely assistance and support during the ongoing rainy season.

Authorities continue to advise the public to remain vigilant, monitor official weather updates, and report emergencies immediately to help safeguard lives and property.
